Hi My name is Danish tata sky consumer ID [protected] i requested for deactivation of my secondry connection at the month of april-may they told its been done and keep on charging me till october i called th for another problem then i came to know i spoke with cust servive they are so annoying disrespectful and disconnect call everytime when they are unable to to reolve poor customer servive with full of false promose noone helped and never callback Was this information helpful? | |||||

I think you should follow-up with Tata Sky customer support. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected].They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter and deactivate your secondary connection with immediate effect.
