Tata Sky — Worst service and they don't have enough hands on to fix issues and even cheating customers | |||
Taken TATA Sky just by trusting the brand name, but not able to watch the service at all from day 1 - service is given on feb 2, picture is turned up and after 10mns picture started freezing, black screen and Error (Pairing error digi card not matching with set up box.) Feb 3 - service guy came to home check and confirmed this is because receiver and he changed it and updated setup box s/w .Even after doing this issue not solved. Feb 4 - Another service guy came and said it is bcz damaged cable and changed cable and have taken 500 (29mts*17rs=493) still issue not solved. When checked with customer care they said cable charge per mt is 10 only and guided me how to check actual length of the cable it is only 18mts so he has taken extra amount. Still the issue not solved and no follow up from TATA SKY on status to check whether issue is resolved and sad thing is local team is shouting on me they said sir problems will come and you need to wait until the issue is resolved. As per them we need to shut our mouth and wait for them and we need to follow up. My advice is place check the local customer service team technical expertise before considering Tata Sky bcz not all areas has expert technical team. Was this information helpful? | |||
