Tata Sky — Wrong allotment of ID (existing one)

I have taken Tata sky connection at my current residential address as under: Udayan, 100 A, napsean sea road, Mumbai on 16.03.2015. Incidentally another Tata sky connection with ID no [protected] is there and one of the occupant of the flat is using the same and a TV is attached to that connection. I bought a new Tata connection on 16.03.2015 and also purchased a TV for separate Tata Sky Connection in my room. Your representative who had installed connection wrongly attached new Tata Sky connection with above mentioned ID instead of alloying new ID no to my new connection. On the very same day ie 16.03.2015 when I pointed out to him, he confessed that it has been done inadvertently and the same will be rectified within 3-4 days. But nothing has happened . I request that a new ID no May be allotted to me and my mobile no is also linked to new ID. The name of your representative is Shaukat and his no is [protected]
