[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Wrong charges and no service after that

I want to put a complain against Tata Sky. I requested for installation on 2nd TV. Their technician came and did the installation. He quoted very high rates for wire and LNP but I corrected him because I knew the correct rates which he agreed later. One problem resolved here and the installation completed. Now the actual problem started when Tata Sky started deducting the money from my account. First they deducted money which was quoted by technician. After 1 week they deducted 170 rs for visit and 100 rs more for wire. I called the customer care 5 times and 3 times they disconnected the phone after hearing the problem. Once they told me a complaint is registered for this. But when I called later to check the status of complain customer care told me their is no such complain. Now I don't know if there is any complain from my side or they just taken the money and making me fool. Please help!

Email the issue to Tata Sky. Lets see.
After long follow up 1 part of the problem is resolved. Tata Sky refunded 100 rs back which they deducted for cable. But another 170 rs is pending which they deducted for visit charges. Actually there was no visit!!

Today customer care of Tata Sky (Ritesh Talari) called me. He was saying during installation on 2nd TV technician changed LNB so we charged 170 rs of visit. I tried to explain him that it is obvious that for installation of Tata Sky on multi TV, it requires changing LNB, lie down cable, hammering some nails, tightening screws on set top box. Please explain why 2 types of service charges i.e. Relocation charges rs 200 and Visit charges rs 170 deducted from my account. And why everything else except changing LNB comes under relocation and you need a separate visit charges for changing LNB.

As per him this is company policy. I do not understand any such policy where 2 type of service charges applicable for single work!!!

Can any Tata Sky official confirm here?
