I have recently purchased Tata Swatch 20 Ltr from retail store. As when I have started to use of Tata Swatch 20 Ltr water filter. after full storage of 20 ltr water water drain our from the joint and whole place getting waited with water. I twise check the fitting and letter come to notice issue in product.

I wrote letter to tata swatch customer care. They promised me too solved the same....

I bought Tata Swach (UV+UH), and contacted customer care on Thursday 17th Oct, I got called from technician that he will come on friday 18th Oct, He text me and asked me to call him back, i call him back he said that he will come in the eveninng. But he did not come.

I have purchased my tata swatch water purifier last year on september and october.

There is a broken line in the base of the purifier which is only visible when we watch it carefully.

We are very much shocked that purifier never dropped anywhere and nor handled by us carelessly.

I have been using ro+uv for last 9 years. First 5 years i have used aquaguard, while shifting the plastic broke so had to buy a new one. With in a month bulb suddenly filtering water very slowly 5 - 6 hours per litre.
