Tata Swach — Damaged Tata Swach bulb

I had purchased a tata swach from Pune Hadapsar month back, but within 1.5 month the bulb has stopped working, showing accumulation of black water resulting in chocking of the filter.I changed the bulb and again 12/03/2014 within one days it is again chocked and showing accumulation of carbon like black water. I tried to clean the black water with running water, but everything in vain. I am frustrated and repenting on my purchase. Called up toll free number on 18/03/2014 and lodged complaint, nothing happened for 45 Day, i am call 12 to 15 times, every time they said to send technicians shortly.
