Order number:[protected] for Tata Swach Cristella Plus Sapphire Blue Order date: 21 March 2015 [protected][protected][protected][protected]--- Inspite of my repeated request to customer care on phone, the defective part ( base of Tata Swach Cristella Plus) not replased by local agent on the plea that part is not in stock. Taking such a long time for attending to such a small problem reflects very poor show on your part. I hope you will not appreciate if for such complaints we have to take the help of Consumer courts/ Media help .
