Tata Swach — Tata Swach Buld not working | |||
I am using a Tata Swach filter from last 4 year.. Last month my cartridge limit got over, so I bought a new 3000 litres cartridge for INR 549. But it stopped working after only 15-20 days. I registered a complaint with the customer care and they promised services within 72 hours. Since, I complained after 1 month from the date of purchase I was told that it can be replaced only if the complain is registered within a month of purchase. Again, I purchased a new TATA Swach bulb on 31/08/2016 but now after 15-20 days its not working. I tried calling the customer care number but it says "WRONG NO." This is consecutive 2nd month that the bulb is not working even for 1 month. I had to buy packaged drinking water, which eventually has hit my budget. Kindly register my complain and do the needful.
