Tata Swach — Tata Swach Filter leakage problem

I have call on this cust care no [protected] and raise my query that my filter is leakage when i change new filter bulb.i was register complaint on[protected] but tell date we have not receive any solution from at your end.and in this period i have call many times to cust care but problem still as it is.its really frustrating Name-Narender M-[protected] complaint no-26194
