[Resolved] Tata — Tata is not activating my Tata Photon Max Wifi device | |||
I purchased Tata Photon Max Wifi from http://shop.tatadocomo.com on 3rd February 2014. My Order Number is EC[protected]. Firstly, they delivered the device very late on 8th February 2014 and too by calling the Customer Care repeatedly (Customer Care Number - [protected], Customer Care Executives - Neelam, Javed, Himanshu). Secondly, they said that my device will be activated within next 24 hours. Today is 13th February 2014 and still my device is not activated. I have been calling at the Customer Care daily 3-4 times and everytime either Neelam or Javed or Himanshu says it will be activated within few hours. Customer Care Executives always say they have escalated my issue to activation team - but still nothing happens. I am helpless and feels duped by this company and have decided now to take legal action against them. Was this information helpful? | |||
