[Resolved] TATA Teleservice Ltd — Requested for Disconnection but still sending bill | |||
I am using TATA photon connection since last two year and I would like to discontinue now. My Photo no. is [protected]. I had requested for deactivation of TATA Photon+ connection on 14th Feb 2014 through customer care, after two days I got call from TATA and said that my request has been accepted and I have one month free internet service which I can use one month from now. And same day I got SMS that the my plan has been change and request has been cancelled, it means that TATA Photon care expert miss guided me and not disconnected the connection. Again I raised the request on 18th Feb 2014 and still not disconnected the connection and sending Invoice for payment. There is no question for payment since I have requested the disconnection request before billing cycle. I need the strong action against the person who called from TATA Photon and miss guided me and asking for payment. Thanks, Haresh Bhavsar Was this information helpful? | |||
