[Resolved]  Tata Voltas — Product complain on Voltas A/C 1.0T-SAC 122LYO

bought an Voltas A/C 1.0T-SAC 122LYO on 11/05/14 from Snehanjali Retail Pvt. Ltd, Mira Road, Thane. With in 3 days of purchase we encounter an problem(A loud sound of friction) in the A/C. I put a complain in Snehanjali customer care but they did not responded. I put a complain in Voltas care with a complain no: [protected] but the mechanic could not identify the problem. After that the sound is accompanied by leakage, which is making the situation more horrible. It seems company has delivered a substandard product. I request the company person to replace the AC but they did not respond. I paid the money but got a defalted substandard product. I wise to take up matter to consumer forum so that company change the AC and stop delivering sudstandard product. Kindly see this matter.
