Income Tax Dept - Pan Issue — incorrect fathers name in income tax data base

pan card no AALPC6512C issued to me 15 years back, the details printed over pan were correct. i m submitting my tax using the same pan no. from last so many years. unfortunately i have lost my pan card and applied for duplicate, now i am told that name of my father is incorrect as per income tax data base. it is mentioned there as kailash nath chaturvedi instead of kedar nath chaturvedi. i have submitted my id and add. proof along with my departmental heads certificate with copy of his id card. but i am not getting my duplicate pan card along with correct information printed. i am being told to submit either copy of pan card or copy of allotment letter which i dont have. what do i do? or where should i complait for incorrect data at I T deptt.?
