I want to complaint against Taxsmile, very irresponsible behavior of them . They have created my account on incometaxefilling government website and didnot share the password and acknowledge number. I am unable to reset my password and unable to file my returns for this year because of them. They took money for filing the returns but didnot send the acknowledge number . Very bad it is. They have put me into situation where i am trying other alternate way to file my returns. I want you to take serious against them. Was this information helpful? |
