Taxi For Sure — Didn't provide the cab and missed the train | |||
I have booked a taxi for sure cab on November 6 . I requested to provide a cab at 6:20 AM on November 7 . In the morning around 5:50 the driver called me as i was taking a bath, i called the driver after 5 minutes and he told that he cancelled my request. i have called the customer care and informed the same to them. They promised me that they will arrange another cab for me. I told them that i have a train at 7:25. the customer care guys promised me that they will be providing the cab. but up to 7 AM they didn't provide any cab and 7 AM they confirmed that they cannot provide any cab. I told them that i missed the train. They said someone from the corresponding department will call me to discuss the problem that i have faced. but as of now no one has contacted me. I have submitted a complaint in the taxi for sure complaint portal but for that also i didn't receive any response Was this information helpful? | |||
