Taxi For Sure — My parents were stranded at night.

Hi everybody, yesterday on 15th Dec..i booked taxi for sure for 4 30 am on 16th dec as my elderly parents had to leave early for the early flight in the morning. This guy named Deepak had called from the companies dispatch Dept at 3 o clock that taxi for sure is not 1.5 hrs before pick time that they are not able to provide cab though it was booked a day earlier and I have got a confirmation message for the same. After talking to this guy for 15 minutes he said he will try and give a call back. I was out of town I couldn't do anything instead of just waiting.. My parents were not allowed to board the flight because the reported late using some other cab services. Please do not trust taxi for sure because the are not sure if they can provide you services. Real bad customer service, real bad response system., they can leave you in roads Wang anything can happen to your near and dear ones.
