Taxi For Sure — Non fulfillment of their service

Dear Sir, I ordered the services of Taxi for Sure on the night of 26/4/15 pick up from my house to railway station at 23.15. My booking was confirmed telephonically, by message and by email. We waited till 11.35 (the train was at 11.55 and then we had to rush to make it) but still the car did not turn up. We tried to call the driver (the number of whom was given to us) but he did not pick up his phone. We were given no message as to the cancellation of our booking. I have been trying to call the company to register my complaint since 3 days. I have been talking to various teem leaders who have been ensuring that their complaint department will call me back. I have called them about 10-15 times. Till now there has been no apology, no reason given for this cancellation. When I call the only answer given is that we will call you back. Till now I have not got a single call from them.
