[Resolved]  Taxiforsure — Cab did not come even when the booking was confirmed

Hi, I have booked a Cab for pick up from New Delhi Railway station on 27th October and booking ID is (TFS-PP-C4054873). The booking was confirmed and I got the message for the same. I called up customer care one hour before the pick-up time to reconfirm as I was with family and they said that the cab will be there on time. But when I reached railway station cab was not there and I again called Customer care. This time they kept me on hold for 5 mins and then informed that cab cannot be arranged. They did not inform me at all that the cab is not arranged and I have to suffer. I could not reach office at time and missed important meeting. I asked customer care that why I was not informed and they answered that TFS will give you a call for that(which never came as expected). This is highly unprofessional and unethical behaviour. This was pathetic experience and I want to file complaint against Taxi for sure. Yadvinder Rana [protected]
