Taxiforsure — Cab not arrive on scheduled time | |||
Today 19th may, I have booked taxi from Jasola to NDLS railway station at 5:15 am. I have got the driver details and spoke to driver as well but suddenly I got message for getting another taxi at 5:10 am. Later on I spoke to driver also, he refuses to come for my pick up. After so many calls they arranged for another taxi and it came by 6 am (already 45 min late), Due to which I missed my train. I want to know, when driver details has been scheduled and driver was on the way, then why such cancellation happened on scheduled peak time . We have important personal commitments, so only we are availing your taxi for convenience. I have missed my train today because of your whatever reason.I have been always booking "Taxi4sure" for my traveling (You can check in your database as proof), BUT this is very irresponsible way i have faced today. Very shameful. I want an answer from your side.If you people can't have taxis availability and not able to arrange pick up or drop facility at scheduled time, then you should not have taken the booking.
