taxi no. HR-55-LT-4386, driver Rama Shanker, was assigned to me today. i got a call from him at 7.45 am, asking for directions. he was at preet vihar then, and it hardly takes 15 mins, during peak hours to reach mayur vihar. till 8.20 am, despite giving directions, there was no sign of the driver. he ultimately reached at 8.35 am, which was beyond 20 mins of the booked time, by which time i had already left for my office.
the travel time from mayur vihar to ip metro station is hardly 15 mins and your driver was late by 20 mins. what kind of irresponsible behaviour is this? if the customer cancels the booking, he is liable to pay the minimum of 4km distance covered, what do you do, when the driver does not reach? do you pay anything to the customer under such a situation or how do you compensate.
