Taxiforsure — False commitments

I booked a cab for date: 22/04/2015 at 10:00PM from domestic airport to my residence. My cab was duly confirmed via mail and message both. I also, received a message as per procedure about the driver details as given under: Vikash Lokendra [protected], Sedan, HR-55-S-9418 I was waiting for my cab when i called the driver to ask about this location. The driver refused for any booking. Then I called Taxi for sure at 10:02PM who just told me they can't provide me cab now and I was left helpless I was not in any form conveyed that I will not be provided with the cab and was completly relying on them for it.
