Taxiforsure — Horrible Service. Pathetic Process

Hi, I am Bangalore and last night was one of the most horrible night I have ever experienced. I was sick and decided not to travel by bike and instead taught of booking a cab from TaxiForSure. It was 8 PM when I booked the cab and the website showed a message saying my cab will pick me up by 9:15. Around 9 pm I called up the customer care to ask if the cab has arrived and to my horror the customer care said that cab is delayed by 15 mins and I will be picked by 9:30. When asked about why I was not informed about this the customer service guy said that he had already sent a message to my mobile which was not the case. Anyways I believed these guys and I came out of my office and 9:30. Since I had not got any message as yet from the company I started to get little anxious and decided to the call the customer care again. This time whin i did call up the customer executive said that my booking has been cancelled since there were no cabs available. To my horror I was shocked and worried as I was really sick. After couple of minutes i get a message saying that a cab has been allocated and the driver called me up informing that he will pick me up by 9:30. I was slightly relieved since i got the cab details but again the story doesn't end. After 5 mins the cab driver calls me and informs me that the company has assigned him a different customer and that he will not pick me up unless I call the customer care and inform about my situation. I had really lost my cool and called up these amateur customer executive again and informed them about the exact situation. the customer care assured me that the cab is confirmed and they will talk to the cab driver to pick me up. It was close to 9:45 almost half an hour since all this started. The driver finally picks me up and we were about to leave when the driver informs me that the route details is not entered in his mobile and he will not start until the details are provided to him from the executive. I was really pissed by now and again called up these executives. the driver and the executive had a fight for almost half an hour. Since i had already paid for the cab through netbanking I had no option but to wait for this nonsense to stop. Close to 10:30 we finally start and the driver informs me that the company has provided me 100rs discount for the trouble that i have faced. As if that will solve all my problem and close to 1 hour that I wasted. Then at 11:30 I get dropped to my location, since I had already paid for the cab I just left, but after 10 mins i get a message from the company saying i have to pay another 187 rupees to the cab. NOt sure why. I was tiered and wanted all this nonsense to stop. I just paid the cab driver and decided never to use the service from TaxiForSure. I hope my issue gets resolved and just pray that no one goes through this kind of treatment.
