Taxiforsure — Last minute cancellation of taxi service

Had a pickup on 22-Nov-15 at 0545 hrs for airport transfer but got a call 30 minutes before pick up that the cab has been cancelled citing no reason. Surely the govt. must do something about this and not allow anyone and everyone to run such services. Nearly missed my flight.
