Taxiforsure — money deducted from wallet for cancelled ride

I booked a cab from indiranagar to Austin Town. My pickup time was 7:45pm. At 7:30pm i called back driver "SATHISH.R([protected]) Sedan AC KA-03-AA-2849.Rs49.00(4km)+Rs14.00/extra km+Rs2/min in-traffic waitToll, Prkg, Tax extra. Track : http://tfs.my/L99O5J . Service Tax + Rs. 50.00 peak time charges extra. -TaxiForSure"... he said my trip is cancelled by himself due to continuation of his last trip by customer request... then i travelled in BMTC bus to my home.. by 8:49pm i received a msg "Your Fare: Rs.121 (incl. Rs. 50.00 peak time charges and service tax). Paid from Wallet - Rs.100.0.Kindly pay the driver Rs.21. Distance-5km.Get your bill @ http://tfs.my/L1MQGP . Bill also sent to [protected]@gmail.com. We are trying to get you another taxi. Can't wait? You can give a missed call to [protected] to cancel the trip." My wallet money is deducted from my account for the trip which i never travelled in this taxi service... The worst thing is the useless customer care of this taxi service so busy that no one is in place to answer the call... I need my money back which was deducted from my wallet for the trip which i never used.. If needed i will provide the call record of conversation with the driver's...
