I am a very regular customer(Kunal Hazari, B1-1234A, Vasant Kunj, Delhi) of Taxi4sure since a long time. I booked 2 cabs for going and return on 23/5/15. 1st one was from Vasant Kunj to RK puram at 6.45p(TFS-PP-C[protected]. 2nd was return from RK puram, Sangam cinema to Vasant Kunj at 10pm(TFS-PP-C[protected]. 1st cab came on time. 2nd cab no driver details sent. No cab at 10pm. after calling TFS, a cab driver joginder singh details came(Sedan07346).No cab came.When I called the driver he said is was not his duty to come and apparently TFS was not sure of this.Then 2nd cab details came.(Surjeet Singh-Sedan 7339).Same reply came that he was not told and its his duty.Then again after calling TFS 3rd cab details came Mahender Singh (2828).Same reply again.This became too much after several calls made to TFS.Finally a 4th cab came(Wazir singh-9667) at 10.50 pm. Then after boarding the cab i called and said that this caused too much trouble as there was one senior citizen and an epilepsy patient also who were made to wait at night on the road. We informed that we are in severe trouble and will not pay for this ride.The executive said he will transfer the call to senior but rudely disconnected. Again we called almost 4 times and call was disconnected. Someone said compensation will be made but no response again from any senior. We missed our dinner and worse than that both the senior citizen and mainly the epilepsy patient has to take medicine on time. Another trouble happened when we reached. Driver did not know how much has to be paid. Again after calling executive also didnt know how much has to be paid. He gave a random figure based on some assumptions. This wasted more time again. Finally some amount was paid and we reached at 11.15pm. Even all drivers who refused to come saying it was not their duty. Is this way customers are treated. It was literally a trauma for us.
