One of the worst experiences with taxiforsure chennai. I had booked a cab in themorning for 5pm in the evening for aiport. i was told that the booking was confirmed. and till 5pm no sms about driver contact was sent. i called them and they just said sorry for the inconvenience. I told that guy to transfer to a senior executive which he didnt and said nothing is available tillnext half an hour. I had to book another cab and the fact that im going to the airport is more cause of concern as i could miss my flight. ive also been a supporter of taxiforsure. this time you lost a fan. very sad.
