Taxiforsure — Stupidity attitude turns into more than 1,00,000.00 lakh | |||
Below is the conversation, because of these irresponsible attitude we lost almost more than 1, 00, 000.00 Lakh. I would like to file a case against TAXIFORSURE. It was very important meeting and to attend this I booked TAXI prior 1 week and I got the confirmation we well from TAXIFORSURE, because of their stupidity it had been cancelled. I raised the complaint with TAXIFORSURE guys but they didn't respond on my words. Below is the mail which I sent few days back. ... Hello Taxi Team, It was very stupidity what u done which can't be tolerable. I had done booking on 18th January, 2015 for 23rd January, 2015 drive and got booking confirmation code- 'TFS-IN-C8551073'. Booked It for an important meeting and it was had been planned from one year. For the same I spent more than 1, 00, 000.00(1 Lakh). But due to your irresponsible and stupidity the meeting was cancelled. Now I need the answer who will be the responsible for this idiocy? I want you guys to pay back my 1, 00, 000.00 money if not am ready to go ahead to file a case against you(TAXI FOR SURE). Many mistakes has been done by TAXIFORSURE and those can be monitored: I have made many calls even before the drive/ride time, you were very sure that will get taxi on the time which has specified on e-ticket. Drive time got overdue and keep on calling you but guys entertained with me by keeping my call on hold and said you will get for sure then dropped the call. After one hour I got call from one of executive's from you, she told 'Sir, due to insufficient taxi's we are unable to provide you the taxi', do you think that is it the answer that customer expects (It was long back booking, confirmed drive and it is already overdue for one hour). Later few minutes the same executive told sir will send two taxi's instead of 1 big which you booked but it will take another one hour. I agreed and had been waiting but even after one hour there is no call/message and I was not able to connect with any number even for customer care. After 1 hour I spoke with another executive (which was connected when I tried almost a 100th time), the executive was promised and told will get two taxi's in 20 minutes and driver details message in 5 minutes max(You can monitor recorded call). But I didn't get any, again called up to customer care ( tried more than 50 times) when it was connected the same executive was lied that sir you were cancelled the drive but never I did and it was really unacceptable behavior. Finally after three hours the executive told 'Sir, you have to raise one more drive/ride request and we can't do anything for previous booking/order/drive. There is no prior intimation and also not even responding to customers. There is no other go (No other number to contact them). Everything I experienced is never acceptable.
