Taxiforsure — The driver did not show up Infact he started the ride and deducted my money

I booked a can from my app. The driver did not pick the call for 10 minutes. When he picked he told that he won't go and would cancel the ride. But infact he started the ride alone without my knowledge. And he ended the ride after sometime. Which billed me Rs 137/-. Rs 100 got deducted from my wallet.
