[Resolved]  Taxsmile — Taxsmile returns filing issue and very poor and pathetic service

1. The taxsmile helpdesk team came to my company and took Rs. 150 from each employee including me and filed on[protected] and till now did not receive any communication from taxsmile about my file returns. I wrote couple of emails to [protected]@taxsmile.com and [protected]@taxsmile.com but still no responses from them. Also tried the phone number displayed on website and waited for 20 minutes but goes to automated IVR. That is really pathetic. 2. Also I filed directly online on their website for my wife (uploaded form 16) and paid Rs. 150 online. But I am unable to proceed after the payment page and it is not allowing me to authorize taxsmile for tax returns. So my money is stuck there and am unable to proceed. Again wrote couple of mails but in vain no responses. I strongly believe this is cheating case and if not I would expect a call from taxsmile or email at least to ensure tax returns are filed before 31st July for me and my wife. If our tax returns are not filed on time before 31st July. I am going to make Taxsmile life miserable by filing a case against them and ensuring to ruin their business as I went through significant mental stress and also the paid money loss.
