Tci Xps — Complain regarding late delivery of the product

Respected sir, I have booked a product from your express from surat to muzzaffarpur, the delivery of the goods was not delivered on time ..it was delivered after 2.5 month due to which customer has not accepted the goods...which was again returned by your express in the same day of delivery. .so please help me out in refunding the amount and the loss i had of the goods becausw of late delivery of the product. .m my docket id is[protected] on date 1/4/2015 of time of booking from surat to muzzaffarpur another return docket id is[protected] on date 15/6/2015 of time of booking from muzzaffarpur to surat which was rebooked for any another please contact me on [protected] or [protected] jeenmata fabrics Hope my problem will be solved soon..
