[Resolved] Tci Xps — Consignment[protected] not delivered even after 10 days of reaching destination hub

Consignment[protected] not delivered evern after 10 days of reaching destination hub.
Irresponsible delivery persons, updating fake reasons for not delivering and not caring to deliver the consignment even after 1 week even after reaching the destination Hub and even after calling them daily asking them to deliver.
Worst courier service I have ever encountered in India.
