Tci Xps — Parcel stuck in jammu

It's been 2 months our parcel is stuck in jammu. We have sent mail to head office before 4 days, we have not received any reply. We tried to contact jammu and bangalore office but again no response from them. Everytime they will say it will take one week time. Its 2 months, parcel is still in jammu.
Tried calling all the places but no response.

Bangalore office just forwards the mail they have sent to jammu office. And no response from jammu office.

My courier having docket no.[protected] not supply till date. Already 8-10 days late. I had call 3-4 times to Mundka office. They reply- Aap complaint kar do, hum abhi nahi de sakte. Jo marji kar lo.

This type your executive talking to customers.

This is very bad. Plz reply regarding my courier .

My DWB NO[protected], Goods has been received on 15/09/2016 in bhillai branch locator, but still 24 hour not dispatch in my office on 16/09/2016,
Why you are provided Expected delivery date.
Our expected delivery date 14/09/2016 but still goods not received on 16/06/2016, after reach my product in near branch locator.
