Tegdeal.com Private Limited — Complaint for against purchase of 8 bed sheets collections | |||||
Hi, Iam kalpana jha .I had purchased a pack of 8 bedsheets from tegdeal.com private ltd.A girl named Tanu calling me by her mobile no. [protected] several time. she told me that she was from tegdeal warehouse .she also sent pics of bedsheets of different design and colours on my whatsapp no. so I orderd a pack of 8 bedsheets on21/11/2015 on cash on delivery of INR 3000. They sent parcel very next day on 22/11/2015 . After opening the parcel Iwas shockedto seethat all bedsheets are same design and colour.they had also claimed two gold plated coins and a hundred rupee gift voucher. But there was not any gold plated coins nor hundred rupee gift voucher in the packet. After that I contacted the concerned person.She told me that the delivery boy gave me wrong parcel, he exchange or refund my money .But I had not received a single penny from them till the date.Even they could’nt pic my phone call nor they anser my phone call. When Icall them they put my call on hold or they switch off their phone. My order no. is TD1001705. Please help me to get my money back. my contact no.is [protected].
