I purchased a Tekfusion Twinwoofer Wired in ear (black) headphones on 9th February, 2016 from Paytm. The left earphone is not working. Also mine comes with a one-year warranty. I would like to contact Tekfusion so that I can claim my warranty.

Tekfusion Technologies — claim warranty

Sir/Madam I ordered my tekfusion twinwoofers through flipkart last month and now one of the earplugs has stopped working.So kindly provide me the details so that I can exchange them.They are in warranty.
