[Resolved] Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — Power bill for October 2016 | |||
Hi, I paid twice for the current bill in the month of October 2016. Once I paid from Icici bank account and then once it got debited from HDFC bank. Both the amounts are Rs 562. I contacted bank and they said to contact the power company. I tried to contact but the call did not connect. Please look into this. Unique Service number is 19959838. Verified Support Oct 18, 2016 Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] Customer Care's response Both payments are credited to TSSPDCL. The extra paid amount will be present as credit to your service. As this details may not be reflected in the bill as well as in the website. so if your next month's bill amount is <= Rs.562/- then no need to pay the bill, else pay the balance amount by deducting Rs.562/- from bill amount at Kukatpally ERO or at nearest TSSPDCL bill counter after 20th of next month, where there will be provision to edit the bill amount based on your credit balance.For more queries, mail us at [protected]@tssouthernpower.com
