Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — Lost bag in bus

Sir, i traveled from vijayawada to hyderabad on 15/08/2016, departed vijayawada at 3.00am, during transit when bus reached to suryapet, driver informed passengers that bus will stop for 10 min for tea and restrooms. I got down and had tea and went to wash rooms by the time, i came back bus was disappear and left from the suryapet bus station. Driver didn't even check whether all the passengers have come or not. My bag was there in bus and it has some valuable things. I had to take another bus from suryapet to hyderabad and reached hyd mgbs at 8.30am. But i didn't find my missed bus in the bus station. I didn't even know which depo bus it is. Here are the details of bus and issued tickets.

Bus is not a regular service, its a special and city bus kind of bus
Ticket nos. Rs.100/- denomination 2 tickets #[protected],[protected],
Rs.50/- denomination #[protected]
Rs.10/- #[protected]

They are all manual tickets, not tim ticket, hence couldn't find the bus and driver details.

I would request you to please investigate and track the bus depo with the ticket numbers provided and let me know the bus service no. And bus crew details.
