I have Booked a ticket frm hyderabad to chennai below i have given the details of the same.
Ticket No : 48850757 Uid Number : 7685
Service Code/Name : 1326 / BHEL- CNI From :BHEL To : CNI
Pickup Point : L.B.NAGAR Date of Journey : 17-Jan-2016.
I have sent Mail to cancellation due to system they are not able to do from their end. Hence i have sent a mail on 15th morning. But tilldate i have not got the refund.

Almost every i call the Customer care. I got the same answer that thye are checking and getback in 2 days. But till date i have not got...

I have the same issue however I have spoken with DM hyd 1 also not helping me and even the Customer Care team is saying that you can do what ever you want..
and disconnecting the calls..

I have Selected because there is no option to select in Reverse or Minus..
