please rpy soon since one week i have received your product DERMA SETA WITHOUT BATTERY AND BROKEN CHARGER . I SPOKE TO CUSTOMER AND WAS ASSURED THAT IT WILL BE COURIER ON MONDAY BUT OTDAY IS SATURSDAY AND NO INFORMATION GIVEN BY YOU ABOUT THE COURIER BY YOU . WHAT IS THE STATUS ???????????
