Tele Sky Brands — wrong product delivery wants to cancel the product | |||
Name of the persons whom i contacted Karen Sharma and Amit sharma Contact no.s [protected] and [protected]. product was delivered on 18th April since them i am contacting once they spoke and told will be resolved in 15 days till now the product is not taken back i have already paid the amount Rs.3000 through credit card and i want my money back i was also promised holiday pay package or other special gift that was never delivered. I have spent my time in calling and with mental agony for spending so much on the product. I am attaching a mail which i received from them. They are not answering my calls or they put me on hold. I ordered hot shaper from tele sky brands but was very disappointed with the product as they gave me wrong size..I tried contacting them to exchange the same but then they are not answering the call. I emailed them as well but that did not help either..the service provided is terrible.they are not taking it back too..
