Telebrands India — Ab rocket twister Shipped even after cancellation and Refund not given

1. I have placed an order no.2914126 telephonically on 25/05/2015 for Ab Rocket Twister for Rs.5244/- by my HDFC credit Card. 2. First their executives not processed the Order for More than 10 days i.e. upto 05/06/2015. (Fault of their System) 3. After that I cancelled the order by Cancellation Request ID No.OP2624585 on 05/06/2015 and their executive committed that order is cancelled and if Amount of RS.5244/- is debited then it will be revert in Two Days. Kindly Note that order neither processed nor shipped till 05/06/2015. (Fault of their System) 4. Even after cancellation done Cancellation Request ID No.OP2624585 order is being shipped by their executives and amount of Rs.5244/- is debited towards my HDFC Credit Card on 07/07/2015 and order shipped on 11/07/2015. (Fault of their System) 5. Till then I am suffering from misguided behavior and false promises of their executives and my amount of Rs.5244/- is not refunded till date even after their order is also returned back to you on 15/07/2015. (Kindly ask their courier Partner i.e. Gati Courier.) 6. I have called on their customer care no [protected] talked to Kiran and many other executives and asked numerous times for refund. I have also asked them to give me cancellation note by Mail or SMS so that I could be able to communicate with my Bank so they will note charge me Interest on the amount debited as the Payment is done by Credit Card. Their executive every time committed wrong promises and misguiding me but neither they provide any cancellation note by neither mail/sms nor any satisfactory solution. My money and time is again wasted by calling to their customer care and their executives given me mental agony and harassment. I also mailed their support staff on [protected]@telebrandsindia.com but they stop answering the mail. Now their executives did not pick the phone, if they pick then cut the phone. As per the case explained above fault is of their system and being a customer I am suffering mentally and financially unnecessarily. How it can be possible that after one month of cancellation request order is shipped and causing the customer problems financially and mentally unnecessarily. So I am requesting you to give me reply initiating the full refund of Rs.5244/- immediately.
