[Resolved]  Telebrands India — Delay in replacement

Dear Sir, With reference to my complain# OP2302368. I ordered Fitness pump on 14-Aug-2014 but receive defective & totally damaged product on 26-Aug-2014. I was shocked that how could Tele brand do these to their customers. Anyways I return it back on 27-Aug-2014 by DTDC & it reaches to Mumbai thane on 01-Sep-2014. When I try to call customer care there is no proper response which leads me to lose my hope. I do hope that u will understand my situation & do needful... Thanks & regards, Your Customer
