Telebrands India — Order No 2873132 is delay by 25 days

Dear Support, I am not getting proper response from customer care. I have booked an order on 23rd Apr & as of now I have not received my parcel dispatched on 09/05/2015 ( Parcel ID CY[protected]IN) . Online it shows that it is returned to telebrand again. Can you please re-dispatch my parcel without any delay? I confirm that I will not receive old parcel CY[protected]IN. I am reachable at [protected]. Thanks Santosh
