Telebrands India — Telebrands India - Fraud Company and a big Cheater

have ordered from my mobile, the product snap n grip and received the item through cash and delivery system by the payment of Rs 2619.00 and my order no is M1849499. In the parcel only 2no of snap n grip. But as per his advertishment I have seen that in this order also included one tools belt and Rs1000 gift voucher. In this connection I have contacted their customer care on 18th & 22nd may, replied that this will be send. But till today I have not received the item. Today I again contact with customer care, replied that it is chargeable. Then I reference his advertishment, he replied that it is out of stock. Now my question is that, that is the their customer policy, Advertishment is separate and after order delivery to customer is separate. After cash & delivery system that the customer has no any option to claim about the fault delivery.
