[Resolved] Telebuy And People Care Teleshopping — Cheating | |||
I bought abxtronic X2 from telebuy shopping (tbuy.in) (Chennai), cash on delivery mode. They shared my contact details and product which i buy from them, to "People care teleshopping" NewDelhi based teleshopping company. People care teleshopping customer care person name - Surya, Raghavan and anushka, they are frequently contact me. And they said you won a gift prize Samsung Note2 smart mobile for purchasing abxtronic from telebuy company. And they said we will send you the gift through postal department, you just pay the delivery charges 3000, I said ok. Later somedays, they sent a parcel to my home address, i paid the amount 3000 to postal department. I received a box, it contains "Golden color - God photo and articles". From the post office i saw some other parcel to some person, so i called them. And said dont buy this parcel, for below reason i explained to them. They cheating me and more peoples like this, with the help of 'telebuy' shopping. Because telebuy only know about my contact address and product i bought from them. I called that "People care teleshopping", they simply said we will sent you another parcel, but for this you will pay 2000 rupees. They are totally cheating all the peoples. I am going to araise a complaint against that 'teleshopping (tbuy.in)' and 'people care teleshopping' company Friends, please dont buy any items like this. I am an example for all... Don't Buy anything from tbuy.in, I am also facing the same. When I asked why you are not giving the mobile freely, they answered that amount will go to Indian government only. How the Indian government allowed these people

I too recieved a call from telebuy saying i got samsung galaxy note 2 phone and 3 grams of gold as a gift, and have to pay 2500 to the postman and recieve the product.But luckily i logged on to this site and read all the reviews and refused to buy the gift.Thanks people for sharing your experiences, it was of great use.Yes, we should file a complaint against such fraudsters and save many other people from getting cheated.If it is a gift, then why shouuld we pay money to receive it? Gifts are meant to be given free.Fraudsters as such should be jailed for cheating innocent people.Please...dear public!!! do not fall prey to any type of calls and emails as such.
