Hi this is vinodhkumar, I had purchased product new orbitrek exercise-cycle in 15th march 2016 While using the machine the nuts broke and the machine Topped working and it was creating a lot of sound. This product has one year warranty when i called up the main office of telebuy company to lodge a complain the people refused to repair the product and not giving any response and giving harsh answers to the customers even though they are not registering the complaint also.
