[Resolved] Telebuy — Orbitrek Elite not functioning

My Orbitrek Elite is not working from last week. I registered a complaint last week and got response that they will service with in 2 days. After 2 days I called customer care once again and got a response that no complaint registered against me. I had asked them to register a complaint and waited next 2 days. But no response. Now customer service also not reachable. I want to know where I can get Orbitrek Elite spare parts.
