[Resolved] Telebuy — Orbitrek Elite pedal was broken | |||
I bought Orbitrek Elite from Telebuy and could use it only for 1 months after which it gave some problem with the pedal and it was broken. I complained to the customer care at Chennai and they kept on saying that they will be sending somebody to service the machine. Nobody turned up so far. They are just cheating people with the money. Beware of Telebuy and its products. when i am trying to make a call to Telebuy, they are disconnecting the call after seeing my mobile number. Was this information helpful? | |||

Good service when product got damaged they came and repaired as soon as possible, very helful product.
Call to customer cae, I faced this type of problem also at that time I call customer care and they reach us within hree days and make it correct.
Its a good product
worst site i have not seen - no warranty and guaratntee for the products they are selling
