I bought a HONDA CB SHINE from a Honda Authorised Dealer namely SVM Motors Pvt, Ltd., No.65, Medavakkam Tank Road, Kilpauk, Chennai-600 010, TAMIL NADU, on 11.06.2012 (Vehicle Registration No.TN 05 AP 6738). From the beginning the engine becomes overheat on reaching 10 kms distance. In this regard, 6 times same compliants were made and each time the dealer told that the problem was rectified. However, the problem is still existing and the engine becomes overheat on reaching 10 kms distance only. It is difficult to ride the bike. Since, the bike was purchased only on June 2012. I kindly request you to replace the vehicle with a new one at the earliest.

My name is Shanavas Chokiyil. I am a Government servant. I have a Unicorn bike ( Vehicle No. KL32 E 1453, Chassis No. MEE4KC09CJC8333576, Engine No. KC09E6340820 ) and I got four free services from Alappuzha shymas Honda showroom. During those four services I had complaints, and I complainted to the responsible service manager. But they never fullfilled any of my complaints yet. During the fourth service they changed the oil along with that they replaced the "oil draynut" and they charged 38 Rupees from me for Draynut. After one week I found oil leak through draynut. So I approached them again for this leakage problem, at that day itself they returned the bike, as if they solved all the problems. But still those problems are not solved. It still leaking. They are irresponsible towards the customers. What should I do, for solving my problems? Kindly provide immediate solution to my problem, make it fast. If I approach them with the same complaint they will charge any fee or not?

FROM 2nd SERVICING THE MILAGE was 46 KMPL..I TOLD SO MANY TIMES IN THIS SHOW ROOM THEY ARE TELLING WE ARE TUNED UP. AAGAIN SAME PROBLEM THEY CHECKED AGAIN TUNED UP THREE TIMES IN EVERY MONTH .

My name is faraz husain. I have a cbr 250 bike ( Vehicle No. mp 04 am 5281, . During service on surana Honda Bhopal I had complaints, and I complained to the responsible service manager. So I approach them again and they did not gave me any response, at that day itself they returned the bike, as if they solved all the problems. But still those problems are there. I had purchased a Activa motorcycle from Shri Ganpati Honda Varanasi on dated[protected]. There is some noise in gear box, I told in the service center that there is some noise in gear box. They put some oil in the gear box and told me that when the vehicle runs about 750-1000 the noise of gear box goes out. But sir the noise of gear box is going louder and louder. Sir please look into the matter and resolve my problem as earliest as possible.

I had purchased an Activa Motorcycle from Shri Ganpati Honda Varanasi on dated[protected]. There is some noise in gear box, I told about that in the service center of Shri Ganpati Honda, they put some more oil in the gear Box and told me that when the vehicle runs about to 750 to 1000 Km. The noise of the gear box is minimize. But sir the noise in the gear box is going louder and louder.

I bought a Honda Shine (CBF125mcc) on 23.02.2013 from M/S Das Motors, Address-Tahasil Road, Kachery Bazar, Bhadrak, Odisha. Vide Invoice No. - 12INC013/Date-19.03.13 and got delivery on 23.02.2013.
In the meantime, My Motorcycle bearing Registration No-OD-22-6920 has availed 3 No’s of free servicing, I realised that the two no’s of rear shock absorber had developed problems after the same problem was brought to the notice of the proprietor, One of the rear absorbers were changed but not the second defective one.
Under the above Circumstances I request your good office to take appropriate remedial steps to replace the other defective shock absorber.

But i repeatedly having bitter experiance with your service center and your products.
I am havine Honda Shine Reg No; KA 20 X 8795. I bought this bike on 2011.
1) Repeated failure of chainsprocket. (Life is around 12, 000Kms)
2) After crossing of 55, 000 engine starts with slight ubnormal noise (Looks like Timing chain noise) from the engine. Also obsereved the slight oil consumption.
Your dealer M/S Matrix Auto Veturies inspected bike and dismantled engine and changed crank assy, Bore, valve and piston. Bore and crank was absolulty ok. Now also you can inspect that items.
Dealer unable justify failure. They have given only one reason failure due service was not done in their service center. ( I sent my bike to service center earlier but your dealer taking two to three day that too prior appointment.) Basically am buisinessmen I am using this bike not less 150 Kmr/day. So I cant able stop this bike 3 days for oilservice.

Kindly justify reason for failure/ justify the replaced parts.
Inv No 13IV12744. I have all the parts with me. I cross checked the items (I am Automobile engg) these parts are absolutly ok.

I have booked a Honda active dlx white in my elder brother name Anil Motiyani s/o Paman Das Motiyani from your Honda dealer M/s Arora Motors on 31/7/13 & my booking no is 20868. In booking form vehicle delivery committed with in 15 days. I told to dealer if you have vehicle delivered on 16/08/13 because my elder brother's son birthday on that day so dealer committed than I have booked the vehicle in your dealership. After 15 days on 14/08/13 I have again visited in Arora Motors & meet with Mr. Arora then he said if I paid full payment in case then he will be arranged the vehicle for delivery on 16/08/13 . I have paid full amount on case on 14/08/13 & after deposited the amount Mr. Arora said we will be call on 18th or 19th august.
So pls suggest...
