Dear Sir/Mam
I'm pride owner of your scooter "Dio" since last 10 years. now i want to buy 2 (nos) Activa / Aviator for the same i had visited your dealers in Ahmednagar (Maharashtra).
When i asked them for booking " Without Accessories" they rejected to take my bookings. the accessories price goes approx Rs.[protected] which according to me is not the real price.
I therefore request you to please consider my bookings "Without Accessories". And would like to know the waiting period for the two vehicles

Engine complaint n unnecessary charging and replacement of parts in Honda Matrix Udupi
Dear Sir.
Myself Mahadev from Udupi. Last time I complainted about unnecessary replcement of engine part. Complaint was, ubnormal noise from the engine. Dealer persons where unble to find the complaints. Even for the regular serivce, Engine oil change they wil taking 2 days. As explained earlier we are in rural area there no comunication apart from the 2 wheelar. So every time we are doing the services at outside. Dealer was told failure due to non genuine oil. I aggreed their point 1 st question, Whether regular service is 2 days is acceptable.
2nd question, As Automobile engg, I personally cheked problems seems like timing chain noise.
3rd Que, Why crank assy has replace.
4th Why bore has replace.
We are suffering because of the dealer ineffeciancy
But dealer team was replaced entire cylinder bore, crank assy and other parts. Total bill was 13000 Rs. Repairing charges are almost 25% of the vehicle price.
And another shocking that Honda persons are called for the complaint Mr.Prapul from Bangalore. He told that he will call for meeting. But a month after we received any call from him. I never expecting these kind of response from the Companies like Honda.
As company Pl declare it your engine life is only 50, 000.
Really I hate Honda.
I wil take this complaint to consumer forum. Definatly I damn sure that Changing of the crank assy is not required. I have all items with me only.

Hey Sir i m very disappointed from u r service . I did not expected this from u . before 2 weeks i purchase Honda unicorn With 80, 000 cash Payment .. then Also i got the Bike in faulty condition . And when i gave the bike to ur service center for repair . They kept the bike in there service center for 1 day . When i came back to take my bike . the fault which i was getting was not repair . only when we buy the bike u r service is good . but if We occur any fault in bike, and if we contact ur ppl . they wont talk neatly .
And i think U r company name is famous Nowdays .. but i[censored] continue like this . I dont think so u r company will be remain in that position .
