[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Worst Service and big frauds | |||
Dear Sir, My name is : Deepak Lamba and my number is [protected]. I ported my number my number from Vodaphone to Docomo a week ago. The agents at docomo told me that the new sim card will be delivered to my house on Friday, but it has not been delivered to me yet. Now, my previous number has been blocked for few days and I have not received the new sim card from Docomo Office Chandigarh. I called the customer service numbers many times, but I couldn’t get any help. The agents at the customer service gave me some numbers but those numbers belonged to the owners of some other retail offices. I tried calling them many times and no one is willing to respond. Moreover, when I ask about the personal information about the agent at the other, they directly hang up. I am highly furious and dissappointed. I would like to say that agents at docomo office do not have any sense and they violate all the customer rules.I am highly disappointed by the poor service by the company.
